EXCELLENT! Upon arrival we were greeted in a very professional & pleasant manner, by a wonderful young woman named Angii. She was so helpful with taking Christmas pics for us, since we were there for the holidays, and we didn’t have any decorations in our room, her taking time to help us create great memories was VERY SPECIAL TO OUR FAMILY! Glad that the lobby was so beautifully decorated for us to be able to enjoy Christmas!🎄❤️

I was surprised upon my arrival. I’m from Detroit and the Embassy Suites here don’t come close to this one! I’ve never been to Raleigh. Nice city. But the hotel from the entrance, to the lobby decor, the breakfast buffet, the pool. Everywhere I went inside the hotel was so nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was so nice. Ashlee was amazing! We arrived 3 hours before our check-in time but she had a room available for my sisters and I.

We arrived late with 2 kids and a dog, at checkin the woman who was at the desk offered to have food sent up for the kids before the kitchen closed, their late dinner arrived to our room just after we got in and set our things down. The room was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The bathroom was beautiful, the room was great! Breakfast in the morning also exceeding our expectations. They had a whole kitchen staff cooking hot yummy breakfast things to order and also a bagel bar, cereal bar, coffee bar, juice bar area. It was fantastic.

The staff was great...I want to give a Bravo Zulu to Jean for a job well done. There was an issue with my shower, and she ensured that maintenance was there right away because I had an event to get to. She was super friendly and gave me one drink coupon for the inconvenience. She went out of her way to make things right.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and went out of their way to satisfy requests , this applied from the duty manager down to the housekeeping and repair staff . The hotel had been refurbished recently and the bathrooms, public and the en-suite were particularly well equipped. Food and service the restaurant in the evening was excellent ( thanks GiGi who served us. )

Loved that they have covered Garage parking. Especially since there were really bad thunderstorms/downpours happening. Suite was fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Made to order breakfast that's free is top notch! Loved the chorizo and green pepper omlet that I had. Staff was nice and very courteous. Bar the night before was great as well. They have starbucks coffee if you're into that. (I am, but I know it doesn't matter to some). Fitness area and pool were great as well.

Check in was extremely easy and the receptionist was amazing. I did not get her name. I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and she went to the back room and brought back 2 welcome packages for my husband and I. That was so unexpected and we loved all the treats and bottle water. This was our first time staying at an Embassy suites and we thought that all of it was amazing. We have no complaints and will definitely look to stay at another Embassy suites hotel in the future.

Everything was beyond excellent. To start off the staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and the bar in the evenings with happy hour was a nice touch. Could not get this experience through an Airbnb. So glad we booked our weekend here! Was the perfect location too! Close to RDU and central to Cary, Raleigh, and Durham. Will definitely stay again!

Kendrick Allen, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to be helpful when I left something behind in my room, personally going to the post office to ensure it was mailed to the right address. Great service overall!

The breakfast was the best breakfast I ever ate at a hotel. The staff was so nice, friendly, kind, respectful, an courtesy. Whatever we needed, every need was met. This was the best hotel I ever stayed. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant, even the cooks, and the bartender. The hotel is so beautiful. The pictures on the website matches the hotel. love all the decorations.
